Seminar
This seminar covers the topic “Training and Analyzing Large-Scale Machine Learning Models”.
The topic will be assigned to participants at the kick-off meeting on 23.10.2024. Each participant will be given a topic and must conduct a literature review on the topic received and present their findings in a presentation.

Structure of the Seminar
The seminar consists of:
- (A) Written elaboration of the literature review
- (B) Presentation of own results
- The final grade is composed as follows: 70% for part A (written), 30% for part B (presentation).
Procedure of the Seminar
- On Oct. 23, 2024, each participant will be assigned a topic.
- Bachelor Students: Must carry out a literature review on the assigned topic and present their findings.
- Master Students: Each participant gets a paper to work on, delves into motivation, methods, and results, and presents their findings.
- Presentations should cover the state of research and problem-solving related to the topic.
- Each participant will be notified of their presentation date.
- Written submissions must be uploaded to Moodle.
- Presentations must be uploaded to Moodle at least one week prior to the presentation date.
- Attendance is mandatory for all presentations and the related discussions.
