Description

Information Systems in service industry is characterized by application of information technology in complex services. The lecture Information Management gives insights in basics of IT management. Thereby, topics like IT controlling, enterprise architecture, system architecture with mobile and cloud computing and data modeling will be discussed and exemplified.

There will be voluntary weekly graded online tests. Up to 10 additional points can be collected for the exam.

Exam

The proof of achievement is made by passing a two-hour written exam at the end of the semester. Through the online exercise up to ten additional points can be collected. The additional points will only be credited if the written exam has been passed.
